I am 43 years old female.. Currently going through perimanopause.. I have attached report. I get  intense hot flashes throughout the day... Should I go for hormonal replacement therapy and what will be it's side effects.. If not what are the other options to manage hot flashes.. Thank you..

Fsh value is suggestive of menopause U do not immediately meet hormone replacement therapy There are other medications available U can connect for a prescription U also need lifestyle modification Strength training n meditation will also help
