Homocysteine, cholesterol, B12&D advise

Hello Doctor, 2 months ago, my test results were: Serum Homocysteine: 63.6 µmol/L LDL Cholesterol: 148 mg/dL As advised by a doctor, I took Folic Acid tablets for 2 months. Recent test results: Serum Homocysteine: 25.33 µmol/L LDL Cholesterol: 153 mg/dL Vitamin B12: 283 pg/mL Vitamin D (25-OH): 46.4 nmol/L Could you please review these results and advise: What treatment or supplements should I take now? Do I need any further tests or follow-up?

Your homocysteine levels have improved, but ur cholesterol levels are not improving u need medication for that, and need physical exercise everyday 30-40 mins to see improvement, ur B12 is boders continue taking meds, and even Vit D3 is still low, don't forget sun exposure everyday, if you need more information please consult
