There is a hole in my right middle ear, could you please let me know the complications of hole and chances of getting it cure by natural process like steam etc. Is this surgery complicated and how this process of surgery done. Please suggest to cure it naturally.

I think you mean to hole in ear drum. Hole in ear drum cause repeated infection of middle ear and decreased hearing. There is some chance to heal itself. Surgery is not very complicated. You can see on YouTube.
