Hole in my tooth

This evening after flossing I was revealed to a hole between my two molars, something was stuck inside and soon as I flossed the hole was revealed. Is there anything I can do at home to fix it ??

I do appreciate the fact that you are a regular flosser. If you were not flossing daily, the cavity would have been revealed at a much later stage requiring either root canal treatment or even extraction. Good job...keep up the flossing.

No , the changes in tooth are irreversible ... u need to visit a dentist and get it filled ... u cannot fix it at home ... you can just do warm saline rinses to improve the gum health ....
