A little hole inside d cheek n becoming vry painful since last 4 days......it's vry painful...it's very minor hole...first I was thinking dat pain in my teeth Bt when I chkd d mouth I saw a vry ltle hole it looks like a injection hole

It's apthous ulcer. May be caused by cheek bite, tooth brush trauma, some medicines, vitamin deficiency, tensions. Apply chlorhexidine metronidazole ointment, or coconut oil. 3 times a day. Consume fruits, fresh fruit juices additionally.  It will get healed soon.
