Hit a plateau. Not able to decrease fat%

Hi, I started my weight loss journey at 120 kgs with 36% body fat. I was on caloric deficit diet just below my BMR and within 6-7 months i was down to 78 kgs with 18.5% body fat. Not its been 1 year since and I am not able to reduce fat% further. I still have a lot of fat hanging around my belly. Currently I am doing weight training and able to put on a little muscle mass too. I have a protein rich diet with low carbs right now. I have tried many tricks including intermediate fasting, having cheat meals occasionally, increasing and variating my caloric intake but the fat% figure is just not clicking at all. From what i feel, its mostly subcataneous fat and not visceral.

Weight is stucked for removing stucked fat take special diet. Apply oil and gel for massage and cream for tightening. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Hello, Great job done. But according to me a calorie deficit diet is similar to crash diet it will give temporary results and since the weight loss was sudden, and proper diet was not followed, the skin has loosen up. Follow a balanced and healthy diet Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.
