What are precautions to be taken for a hip replacement surgery and what is needed in post operative care ? Can a 64 year old with replacement surgery get to walk like before ever ?
General precautions include not bring the two legs close together and rotating them inwards , squatting and cross legged sitting is to be avoided !
Rest of precautions depends on type of implant and the indication for surgery
The walking will be more or less normal if procedure went well
