Some complications might be possible  like infection ; dislocation ; DVT ; limb length discrepancy chances are less 1-3 % . 3 after Total hip replacement patient can walk immediately; next day . Complete recovery may take 6 weeks to 2 months . 4 usually successful surgery nearly more than 95 % success rate
