On Xray- it doesn't show any Arthritis, if you have any symptoms you may need a clinical examination at a nearby clinic .

Do you have difficulty in getting up from bed in morning , does your hip pain resolved on itself after few days , Do you have difficulty in changing position in bed

Don't worry, xray looks fine. but further investigations depends on what made you to take xray . If you have complaints like pain, difficulty in walking or anything you noticed different then it is better to evaluate further.
