If your MRI scan report is normal you should get yourself examined clinically for other sources of pain which are referred to hip but not arising in the hip !

Its beacuse of muscle weakness Hip joint muscle strengthening exercise. Powergesic gel application Avoid excessive walk, running etc Rest to hip joint.
