High Uric Acid

2023-03-04 14:27:42
My Uric acid is 9.3. what precautions should I take? Is it serious or normal for a human being. I am a non vegetarian. Someone suggested not to touch red meat ever, I don't have high cholesterol and rest reports are perfectly in order. Please suggest if I should continue once in a month with red meat or should stop immediately. Thanks
