High TSH levels and SGOT/SGPT

Hi, My recent reports of LFT and Thyroid shows TSH as 150 while t3,t4 below normal range and SGOT/SGPT as 58 and 86. Are both related and what is the treatment?

Its shows ur liver is compromised. There is some inflammation. And ur tsh levels are increased too. Both have different treatment
