High TSh level during 7 week pregnancy

My wife is 7 week pregnant. We are taking 62.5 mcg thyronorm  from day 1 as before she is pregnant her TSH level is 3.7  and yesterday we have again tested the TSH level before morning medicine and breakfast it came to 6.44. we have consulted our doctor and she has increases our dose by 25 mcg. Is there anything,we have to worried. We have already faced two miscarriages in the past. My wife blood group is O - and my blood group is O +

Your Doctor is very knowledgeable and competent. He has taken the correct action as far as Thyronorm dose is concerned . Recurrent pregnancy loss needs investigations and treatment as a separate entity. Your Hypotyroidism is not the cause of RPL.

Thyroid level should be maintained less than 2.5 in the first trimester TSH should bbe repeated every 45 days and dose can be adjusted accordingly

get a ICT test as well. for negative blood group thyroid issue with proper medication wont effect the pregnancy
