High TSH History

I have high tsh (hypothyroidism) history (36 uIU/ml). I was taking thyroxin 75 mcg tablets. Now my tsh is 10. T3(129) and T4(7.8) is normal. What precautions and treatment should i follow in future? And will i have to take medicins life long?

Monitor tsh every 3 months. Yes, when the thyroid levels are low due to decrease function, the medications will have to be taken life long.

Thyroid medicine dose has to be adjusted quarterly after checking TSH.
