My 20 yr old daughter's thyroid test shows tsh 6.48, total t3 @ 113 ng/dl, thyroxine 6.11 ug/dl , is this serious? she is getting pain in bones and is very underweight, her periods are also not regular

This is not a serious condition she needs thyroid supplements that will do
