I have a high level of triglycerides (324 mg/dL). I got to know this from a recent blood test. Please suggest reversal ways to get it down to 120-140 mg/dL in 2 months

To bring your triglycerides down from 324 to the 120–140 range in 2 months, focus on a high-fiber, low-carb diet—eat more vegetables, whole grains like oats, and omega-3-rich foods such as fish, flaxseeds, and walnuts. Strictly avoid sugar, white rice, bakery items, fried foods, alcohol, and processed snacks. Exercise daily for 30–45 minutes (walking, cycling, or strength training), and consider a 10–15 minute fasted walk in the morning. Weight loss (even 5–7%) can greatly reduce triglycerides. You may also consider omega-3 supplements after consulting a doctor. Sleep 7–8 hours and manage stress, as both affect lipid levels.
