Hi I am 7 months pregnant.my triglycerides level is 314.is it  very high? What can I do to control my triglyceride level. And VLDL is also high which is 62.8 Can you please suggest

When you are in  7th month of pregnancy , it is not the time to control your Triglycerides. Please wait for another six months . When you are safe in puerperium at that time you may think of reducing your Triglycerides. One thing, triglycerides rise in Hypothyroidism also. So you may get your TSH also done. If it is deranged you may get treatment.
