Hii my father has TLC count of 12.5 . Is it dangerous? I have also attached test report. Plzz suggest

It shows infection somewhere in the body. It doesn't specify the type or location of infection. For that examination of the patient is required. In this report DLC is normal. So that also doesn't help us.
Next Steps
If he has any symptoms then he can consult the relevant Specialist. If he has no symptoms then he can be seen by General Physician. Physical consultation, not tele-consultation.
