I am 7 week pregnant and I have done my liver function test and SGOT/SGPT 44/58 and alkaline phosphatase 158. Is it dangerous. As my first pregnancy I got the same problem and after 4th month I got itching all over body. I need to know how to control and would it be dangerous for baby too?

There's mild elevation of liver enzymes, which maynot be dangerous. How's your Bilirubin level? High bilirubin levels cause itching. Consult a Gastroenterologist for further advise
