High SGPT Normal SGOT

I have done the health check up through pharmeasy. In my report, Bilirubin Total is 1.25 mg/dl, Bilirubin Indirect is 1.02 mg/dl, ALANINE TRANSAMINASE is 85.3 U/L which are higher than normal range. Should it be a concern, I am 36 years old male body weight 100 kgs and 6 foot tall. I am a smoker (5-6 a day) and haven't consumed alcohol since a month. Attaching my report details.

According to the BMI you are obese.. The report of Raised SGPT maybe due to fatty liver you might have.. Raised billirubin and indirect billirubin may not be a concern although thorough investigations and clinical examination needed.
