  4. High risk pregnancy. Is fine or not?

High risk pregnancy

Currently 18 weeks pregnant which is a very high risk one went for check up yesterday doctor just touched the stomach and proceeded didn't advise any scan mentioned next scan after 3weeks how can a doctor know just by pressing the tummy that heartbeat is fine or not? Is it possible I have a very large intramural myoma as well. I am not sure please advise
