High Platelets count after Dengue
My platelets count decreased to 15thousand due to dengue when I admitted to hospital.
During treatment I was given 2 times SDP and twice Romy 250mg Injections along with other meducines.
But after 8 days of discharge my platelets count found to be 16lacs, which is really high. Doctor advised to take Ecosprin 150mg to decrease the chances of Stroke, Clotting and go for test after 7days. I am also taking udiliv 300 as due to dengue my SGPT and SGOT also increased.
Please suggest if this is common, or should I consult a Hamotologist.
