High platelets and low blood count

My wife has 6.5 lac platelets and around 8 blood count. I want to get her treated for this . Please tell me to which doctor or specialist should I seek ?

Best person will be a Haematologist. Before that please get the platelet count done again, and that too by microscope. Not by auto-analyzer.
