High Lymphocytes but normal CRP

I have undergone tests my Hgb is 13, CRP comes 0.57, my ESR is 15 ( lab normal range is 0-15), lymphocytes came 4200 and 10 days back it was normal at around 2600 ? So what happened in 10 days. Don't have fever but yes I have sleeplessness for last week and also some stomach issues

DO U THINK ITS GOOD TO TEST N RETEST IN TEN DAYS?? LACK OF SLEEP ANY SICK FEEL COLD ANY REASON CRP MUST BE LOW  TAKE PLENTY OF LIQUID N WATER IT BECAME SLOWLY NORMAL.
