Hi my TSH level has come 4.5 with thyroxin tab 25mg  though t3 t4 is in good range. I want to reduce tsh level naturally. What should i do to reduce it naturally or lifestyle change. Pls suggest.

Hello u are on very small dose of thyroxine ... We really need to see is it needed.... Get one anti TPO test.. We can give you trial of stopping for 2 months and see again reports... There is no natural way to stop medication
