Digestion system is not good. SGOT and SGPT level is high. Sometime discomfort or burning with urination. Feeling tightness in upper center stomach while laying on bed.

Please visit your doctor as soon as possible. Also SGPT and SGOT are related to your liver functions..So probably your liver is having issues. Additional check if you have fever or dark yellow urination Then you will have to get blood test done for Jaundice
