High level of AST(SGOT) & ALT(SGPT)

I am 30 yr old male. I am attaching my liver test report. I am having problem in my stomach since last 3 months. My stomach get little heavier & tighter more than usual every time I eat. There is also some itchiness in stomach area few times in a day. I am also having a few red and white rashes on my shoulders and arms. Suggest me some ways to control it?

There are so many examination findings in your description. I don't know if some Doctor has seen you or it is self assessment by you. I feel you should consult a General Physician in your area for a proper physical examination. Short of that, at least have a proper consultation with a General Physician on Practo.

Your liver enzymes are  raised ALT is more than 1.5 times normal.The symptoms you have could be due to dyspepsia.You can get an ultrasound abdomen scan to see if there's any fatty liver. Try Himalaya gasex tablet 2 -3 times daily And enterogermina probiotic capsule daily

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to fatty liver. Need to avoid fatty foods, alcohol. Share image of rashes. Take allegra 120 twice a day after food for 5 days for rashes. Take tab liv 52 twice a day before food for one month.
