My HS CRP levels are 3.46. What should I be aware of? How to lower it? It's been high for a year now. Should I be worried?

There is not to be worried as it would increase stress, rather you should be cautious and careful.  Hs CRP can be seen upto 3 mg that might be not of an issue. If your BMI is more or lifestyle is sedentary then you should go for lifestyle modifications. Walking and exercise along with it would be enough.
Next Steps
Avoid alcohol and smoking if taking any diet modifications daily exercise.
Health Tips
start medication only if there are any other risk factors present.
