Pulse rate do tell about a few signs of any heart condition but it is not possible to assess any cardiac disease without examining in person. Kindly physically visit a practitioner. You can undergo an ECG and post it here so that we can interpret any abnormality.

An ECG will tell , if you have any serious problem like serious arrhythmia’s . There are multiple reasons for high heart rate like dehydration, low hemoglobin ( blood), thyroid problems . Pain anywhere in the body can also cause heart rate to be high - as you mentioned you have high heart rate post meals - check if you have any gastric ulcer related pain
Next Steps
Get an ecg done

Hello, Slightly raised raised heart rate is seen in lot of young individuals especially females. There is no reason to worry about it till there are no symptoms such as palpitations, giddiness, etc. Still for your peace of mind, you can get an ECG done and evaluated by a physician.
