I am having high heart rate for last 2years and m taking propranolol tablet 10mg once daily. Recently I am having trouble while sleeping at night where by whole body becomes freezed starting from legs and hands and finally the chest tightens and unable to breathe and I wake up with heavy heart beat. It doesn't happen daily but often I face this. After some stretching and relaxation iam able to sleep again. But during the episode I am totally confused as I am sleeping during that time and wake up to uncontrolled actions. Though I am ok with all the activities while awake without any problem. Is it a cardio or neuro problem as my ecg and echo are ok.
