I've a high grade partial ACL tear and grade 2 signal intensity in posterior horn of medial meniscus and grade 2 sprain in LCL. I'm confused whether to go for surgery or to avoid. My requirement is that I want to walk normal and do cycling and running, I can't refrain and limit myself. Want to feel like a normal person please advice to achieve those surgery is really necessary? I'm ready to undergo surgery if it's really necessary. Please advice and guide me. Attached my MRI report.

First thing is the mri scan is done tooo early as the mri is still showing bone edema..you need to allow the lcl ligament and the bone contusions to heal. Once the swelling is reduced..you need to get assessed for instability..only then surgery is required is to be decided

Cycling running and jogging need high performance from knee. If you have instability or locking. Or you feel, you cannot run. Then better to go for arthroscopic ACL reconstruction and or meniscectomy.
Next Steps
If is difficult to perform sports etc with ACL deficient knee.
