She is getting fever 102 which is random. She has fever for a day the next she is fine. Happening since last week.

Fever is quiet high.. Bt need few more details.. Is it asso. With Chills & Rigour.?? is there cough or cold ?? Burning micturation ??
It can be Viral flu but Alternate day fever is seen in Malaria... We need some tests for final conclusion.

Hello,102 is high grade fever ,you shouldn't neglect it. It could be due to bacterial infection or Viral infection.Difficult to diagnose with fever as only complaint. She need to be examined and investigated . Take her to the nearest hospital. Give her paracetamol when she has fever. But cause should be identified.
