It doesn't give any clue about the cause of fever. We want CBC, Investigations for Malaria, Dengue and Typhoid. We want a urine examination report.

The report shows only a slightly raised liver enzymes which doesn't reflect the cause of high fever.She may need additional tests to determine the cause.

Some more detailed history needed and some more investigations.. But according to the LFT report your mothers liver enzymes ar raised which maybe due to many causes..
