High fever with severe cold and cough. We have given suppository and gave him 5ml bactoclav in morning. can anyone suggest what needs to be done.

Bactoclav is a nice choice...continue the same and get him investigated first...give symptomatic treatment for cough N cold as well...cold sponging helps
