Hi my 4 year old kid is having high fever (up to 103)for 2 days, my gp asked me to give p 250, mahacef and monticope. But temperature is not coming down can I give meftal p for her, if yes what is the dosage?

Use syp combiflam instead of plain paracetamol for fever below 103, repeat 4 hourly if required. Give meftal-p if fever is beyond 103,OR not responding to even combiflam,and can be repeated after every 6 hours.
