Nowadays viral fever is taking a week to 10 days to subside. Don't be panic. Take good care of hydration. If active and taking feeds then just give paracetamol and wait for 1-2 days
Next Steps
Review for any danger signs if present and consult your pediatrician if fever persisting after 2 days.
