Child 3years 6 month old had high fever since yesterday. Gave him paracetamol syrup twice since yesterday.

Please visit your pediatrician for examination to find out the cause of fever and to treat accordingly. Unless until we don't find out the cause of fever  we will have to treat symptomatically Only.
