Male , age -51, ldl - 170 , hdl - 54.4 , tri glycerides - 112.9 Total cholestrol -247 , are statins required for life or will diet and excercise and medication for few months do? One year ago the reading was 247 was given statins but couldn't get tested after 3 months due to covid and also didn't regulate diet.
