At this age with hypertension... diabetes...i will suggest you to take Tab atorvastatin 10 mg at night for a month. You please modify your diet also. Have a diabetic diet. Low cholesterol diet. Keep your self hydrated. Go for morning and evening walks. Reduce your salt intake. Reduce your caffeine intake. And don't take unnecessary stress. Avoid alcohol Stop smoking if you do. It's not too much high but still it's high only.
