High BP at age 28

2023-07-11 04:08:54
Hello doctors, I am approx 28 years old and I am obese. I am working towards losing weight. But meanwhile I found out that I have high BP(150/105) issues. Should I start taking prescribed medicine for it? Is there a way to bring it down naturally?
