High Bilirubin+ RBC and Low MCV,MCH,MCHC

Hi My brother did regular health check-up. His bilirubin level is high and there are few abnormalities in blood test also like RBC is high and MCV,MCH, MCHC are lower I am attaching reports, can you please help to know if anything serious? High Bilirubin indicates liver damage?

may be due to deficiency of essential minerals and vitamin leading to impaired maturation of red cells jaundice is also very mild
