Hiccups while eating

27 year old female. These days hiccups are coming whenever started eating food mainly rice for lunch and dinner. They subside shortly. What this could be. Please advise how to stop them

You should keep a glass of water by your side. You keep on having a sip of water after each bite you take of your meal. After some time you will not need water after each bite. Hiccups will stop.
