Hi doctor I have cold cough and mild fever was day before yesterday I have shown to doctor and he given me paracetamol, solvin cough tablet and antibiotic for 3 days now today 6 days has been completed I don't have fever buy I am tired and feeling no energy in legs and hands Why?
