Hi My sgot is 429 and sgpt is 320 and bilrubin is 1.8 is this alocholic hepatitis?? And mild hepatomagly with grade 2 to 3 changing fatty

Can be alcoholic/ any infection.
Next Steps
must stop alcohol. plesse vonsult a physician in person for an examination/ evaluation and management

Liver enzyme levels are high.Get hepatitis b and c serology tests.Grade 1 fatty liver is reversible ,so is grade 2 to an extent,by stopping alcohol consumption , strict diet modifications plus reducing the weight.

It can be any Hepatitis. The cause of Hepatitis is diagnosed by History taking and not by the level of liver enzymes.
