Yes you can use. But do sitz bath it works more than the veno-tonic drugs. Procedure for SITZ bath : Fill a tub with warm water mix 5 ml of 10% betadine liquid and sit in it for 30 min for 3 to 4 times in a day for a week atleast.

You can use Osil cream. But it is just symptomatic treatment. Ultimately you will need surgery some time.
