Hi Dr. I have a ovary cyst and here I will attach my ultrasound report. Kindly let me know if this is dangerous? Do i need medical or surgical treatment or I can leave it like this. Should I do test for CA125.

Cyst is very small uf no pain nothing to be done...but if pain...kindly visit Gynaecologist in person for clinical examination
