Can someone suggest an effective ayurvedic sleeping pill , as effective as Allopathic pill like alprazolam? Please don't give generic answers like control diet etc I do that already. Please suggest the right pill.

As acc. To you already  changed your diet and other thing  still you didn't get results  and still requiring  sleeping pills  this show there might be other reason  which are responsible for your sleeping pattern. So better to consult  ayurveda doctor  rather  having  only pills.

Setcalm is also a good medicine for sleeplessness.. but sleeplessness is also caused by many conditions and harmonal imbalances and lacking  lifestyle management.. so ruling out those becomes very important before getting treated with medicines for insomnia

You can use Badam Rogan oil as nasal drops before sleep ( 3,4 drops). There is no pill in ayurveda which gives you instant results like alprezolm.

Sleeping pills provide only temporary relief and are not a long-term solution for insomnia. It is important to identify and treat the underlying cause of insomnia for effective and lasting results.

Sleep, digestion, elimination is 3 pillers of life. In that any 1 thing will imbalance all health issues will start. In take of body cooling food items. Early dinner, milk at bedtime etc.. Way for reducing stress, avoid usage of Vishal media at least 2 hr before sleep. Add  brahmi gulika, manasamithra vathakam etc. Before taking medicine consult with doctor Because person to person condition is different, body constitution different, causative factors different. In ayurveda we will treat from root cause onwards.
