Hi, I am unable to contact the doctor who prescribed the mri for my mother. Can anyone please interpret the report and tell us the next course of action? We are worried, please help!

She has a rotator cuff injury with a little tear in a shoulder muscle. Also some athritic changes are there. There are injections like platelet rich plasma can help her in this condition.
