Hi my mother is in consultation with Rheumatoid Arthritis and these are the results from today's test. Urea and creatinine is up and down. RBC 3.4 haemoglobin 9.8 PCV 30.3 ESR 37 Urea 59 Creatinine 2.2 Uric Acid 5.1 Is this a serious thing to worry doctor. Please help us. She is having Zurig and Nodosis tablets

She is having kidney failure . Please seek Nephrologist openion  urgently .withhold all painkillers. Get rheumatologists openion too for drug modification.

Hello sir ,she has kidney disease ?? Can be due to pain killer use ,please do usg of abdomen and take a consultation from nephrologist.see a Rheumatologist for drug modification in view of kidney disease
