As board exams are nearing it is normal to feel a little stressed.  Ensure that you have  adequate food , adequate sleep and able to function well. If the symptoms are worsening ,kindly consult a psychiatrist.

Go for motivational counseling and assessment. By the way check if you have anemia, hypothyroidism, pcod or any other medical reasons for the emotional changes. Consult an astute psychiatrist at the earliest. Good luck
